This is the best liquid eyeliner pen I've ever tried, and I have tried nearly all of them for years. Stila, KVD, Maybelline, Milk, L'Oréal, Elf, NYX, the list goes on. Not what I was looking for
So when I asked for assistance I was recommended this product because I needed something to stay in place and not smudge. This product says it's waterproof but doesn't meet this criteria and I always look like I've got black eyes if I use it

Amazing!
This is the best brush tip liquid liner! The brush comes dry and you put the cartridge in so it doesn't dry up as fast. The brush tip has a wider and a thinner side depending on how you turn it which is great for achieving different looks. Totally worth a little extra money!
