I'm very sad to discover that the formula has changed. I have a hard time finding lip balm that works for me and has little to no scent. I've been using this product for many years and use at least one tube a month. The fragrance has increased (too much) and the balm itself doesn't work for me. Unfortunately, I'll have to find something new. This used to be wonderful product.

I Iove the brand, and during the holidays I purchased the little combo with the 2 hand creams, 1 foot cream, a body bar, the nail/cuticle oil, and this was in the box aswell. I was excited because again, the brand is great. It actually works with my dry skin. So i figured the lip balm would too…. Unfortunately not for me.

I got a free sample of this lip balm and tried it--it was a lip saver!!! The next time I had to have more facial reconstructive surgery, this was the lip balm I took to the hospital with me. As much as my lips swelled, because of this lip balm, my lips did not split and crack as they had before. This is my absolute favorite go-to lip balm. Of all the other major lip balm brands on the market, they pale in comparison to the L'Occitane shea butter ultra rich lip balm. At any point in time, I have one in my pocket, my purse, my nightstand, my bathroom vanity counter--I LOVE this product and tell everybody this is the absolute best lip balm ever. I give it as gifts also as I love it so much that I want others to know how truly lip saving it is!
