Not what I expected
I thought I would love this dryer from the start but I do not. Unfortunately my cheap revlon gives better volume and my hair is not any glossier or shinier! I have watched videos and read all the instructions and have used it for a week. I am going to keep trying but I am disappointed.

On The Fence
So I'm on the fence…. I chose tho to return as it gets way to hot with no lower heat settings to choose from and the cool isn't cool. Bristles were tolerable though some fell out of the brush into the sink during my one and only blowout with it
It's very limited where I can use this.
The plug on this thing is gigantic! I am very limited as to where I can use it. I don't wanna take it on And a vacation because what if I can't plug it in! Love the product hate the plug!
I wish it worked
I've gone through 2 of these products and I had the same issues (out of the box) both times. The dryer shorts when you move it or turn it. The filter and bristles have been cleaned countless times and it still turns off. I spend an extra 15 minutes fighting with it until I can get the power to reconnect to it. When it stays on, it's great. Unfortunately it hardly ever stays on.
This product really simplified my hair care routine
This product is so helpful for his care. You can use it with either wet or dry hair. If I don't get to my hair before it fully dries it is no problem, I just use the ceramic side on my dry hair. This has been a game changer! I liked it so much I got one for my daughter and she loves it as well.
Great hair tool however swivel cord faulty
The heat and bristles work great. However the power cord is a swivel cord and my hair dryer has created a short. When moved to a certain angle is shorts out and turns off.
