Not what I expected
I thought I would love this dryer from the start but I do not. Unfortunately my cheap revlon gives better volume and my hair is not any glossier or shinier! I have watched videos and read all the instructions and have used it for a week. I am going to keep trying but I am disappointed.

Wish it worked right
I got this as a christmas gift and I absolutely loved it for the first few uses! Then it would just completely turn off on me. I cleaned the filter. Plugged it in to different outlets. And it still will just turn off within 2 minutes of me using it. I loved the way it made my hair look. But I would never buy or recommend this to anyone.

This is great BUT you have to use it correctly, especially if you're prone to getting dry frizzy split ends. So i have short 4a bleached hair. I've gone through a lot of trial and error with blow dryers with frying my hair. Once i figured out the correct way to use this my hair turned out great! For damaged or dry frizzy hair You must only use the wet/dry mode on 70-80% dried hair. It emits lower heat at this stage and dries the hair without frying it. THEN use dry mode once the hair is completely dry to get that smoothing glossy effect. I was using the dry mode to dry my wet hair initially, and my blowout would turn my hair very dry with fried split ends. Once i started using it correctly my hair for the first time got shiny and smooth with no fried frizzy split ends

I bought this product, and suddenly it turns off and won't turn back on. Honestly, I thought it would work better.
Doesn't work for thick hair
Does not dry my hair well compared to other brushes. I have thick and long hair. The relvon brush worked better than this does
