Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water. Lather a quarter size amount of shampoo in hands. Work shampoo into roots and anywhere hair touches the scalp. Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.

I wanted to love this so bad and I typically never leave reviews but this product has such a strong piercing smell that it's unbearable. Take the smell reviews seriously lol, they're accurate.

When I first applied the shampoo onto my scalp, the first thing I noticed was the smell. It smells amazing and that smell stays for days. Along with this, I noticed how easily the product lathered. You definitely do not need a lot of product to cover your scalp. However, the shampoo isn't for oily hair. After a day, your hair will be oily again. Would recommend for drier hair types.

i tried this out based on reviews that it made hair feel softer -- definitely can see this! my hair has been feeling coarse recently, but after using this and its matching conditioner, its definitely softer. that being said, the scent is DIABOLICAL. i do not get any of the listed scent notes out of it... it straight up smells like i poured toilet bowl cleaner on my head. its so bad. additionally, for the price you dont get much.
Cannot With The Scent!
Hair Type Wavy Hair
Have tried Ouai hair mask and the Beach Spray with great results so didn't hesitate when an Ulta salesperson talked me into their Fine Hair Shampoo and Conditioner. I can say that it certainly cleans nicely and my hair was left bouncy, but the scent is 100% unsupportable. It's beyond Grandma left that perfume on her dressing table a few years too long. Sadly, I purchased it, used it twice to make sure I wasn't dreaming, but had to pack up my bathroom products for a horrible flood in our apartment. I am now out of the Ulta return zone, stuck with two giant bottles of this. Learn from my mistake and buy the travel size of any new hair product first. It saves so much pain!
Helped my hair
This fine hair combo is great. I was conflicted based off price and some negative reviews but this has helped my hair by giving it volume and reducing hair loss. I recieved a lot of compliments after a simple wash.
