I first noticed the Lock-It Refillable Finishing Powder kept being in very low stock. Then the Lock-It Foundation was discontinued. Then the Lock-It Liquid Lipstick got discontinued and reformulated. Why advertise that something is refillable, but you don't sell the refills?? I miss the colors for the contour and now all of a sudden I am unable to purchase the refill for the "Lock-It" powder??

I first noticed the Lock-It Refillable Finishing Powder kept being in very low stock. Then the Lock-It Foundation was discontinued. Then the Lock-It Liquid Lipstick got discontinued and reformulated. Now you can't get refills for the Shade & Light Contouring Palette. What Executive Decision was it to absolutely discard loyal customers who've been supporting the brand over a decade? Is there a legal copyright on the old formulas? Are you trying to make bigger profits? I'm seriously baffled. I'm not even a Makeup Artist. They're probably being hit harder than me. I'm just a die-hard customer. But everything that was supposed to be refillable is being taken out of the product line. And I've already started buying other brands since I don't think KVD is going to recover.

Why aren't most refills available? I LOVE Lucid and Sombre and use them up and not the others. I keep having to repurchase the whole palette. Why make a refillable item if you aren't going to offer the refills?
