Left my hair dry and looking dull

This shampoo was recommended to me in store by an Ulta stylist. Tho it did remove flakes I had from a dry winter scalp, my hair was left dry and dull after drying and styling. There was no shine, no life, no movement. I used the shampoo multiple times and with different conditioners in hopes that it would improve, but unfortunately my hair reminded dull. For my thick wavy hair, and seasonal dry scalp, I would not recommend this shampoo

I tend to have dry scalp and can be very itchy. In first use my scalp felt very clean and the itching stopped. I now use it , every other wash and my scalp and hair feels much healthier and I'm not having to use a lot of moisturizer because my hair and scalp is staying moisturized.
