Unacceptable Packaging for Luxury Item
After digging my hand in my purse to find out I was digging into this uncapped lipstick after a year of finding this product's cap not securely fastened is the final straw driving this review. I have the shade moment and both the color and formula are fine albeit, nothing spectacular. The packaging however, which let's be honest, is a major draw when buying luxury beauty items, is awful. First, the weight of it is indistinguishable from drugstore lipsticks, with the only seemingly luxe element being the crystal-like cap with the logo. Most egregiously, the cap will not remain securely fastened on the bullet. Up until today, I've at least always found the cap still covering the lipstick but, now I know that was just luck. I have two of the Chanel tinted hydrating lip balms in the white version of this packaging and the same thing happens to them. You cannot travel with these lipsticks without fear of them ruining your purse lining and subsequently ruining and sacrificing some of the pricey product itself. This is entirely unacceptable for a luxury product and not something I've experienced with any other luxury lipstick, all of which have far more elegant packaging. Thinking out outside of the box is often a virtue and in this case, since this lipstick is so hellbent on getting outside of its bullet, I encourage you to think outside of the Chanel box and go with another lipstick - there are way too many on the market to deal with this one.

The boy color is as beautiful and neutral as people say , I'm happy with my purchase, however because it's hydrating lipstick , it doesn't last very long on the lips. I do recommend it just not long lasting
