I will put it on my face dry, then slowly add water on my fingers to my face then lather! Does not burn your eyes. So soothing. My skin is sooo sensitive and dry. This is incredible. I love alllll their rose products, moisturizers, and The vitamin c serum, And make up primer and setting spray!
