Broken?
I haven't really been able to use this product as I believe that the wand is broken. It came this way and the only way that I can use it is to dab it on my skin and rub it in with my finger. Not really sure if it works or not because of this.

This doesnt help with anything at all except to moisturirize the eyes, if thats your goal that just use a regular moisturizer. Waste of money.

I tried using this nightly for a week or two and felt so much eye irritation, they were red and it was very painful. this is not gentle enough to use around the eyes.
Product turned yellow after only a couple of weeks of use
I wanted to love this product and to be fair i feel like I did see a slight difference to behin with. Im not sure if this is down to the metal applicator giving a cooling effect on the eye? The issue ive had with this product is that its turned yellow! Its barley been a couple of weeks. Its been stored correctly so im unsure if I just received a bad batch? However its clear from the other reviews mine is not an isolated incident.
