Excellent eye serum
I am shocked! This stuff really works! I have used this morning and night for 7 days now and the difference in my eyes in unremarkable.

Broken?
I haven't really been able to use this product as I believe that the wand is broken. It came this way and the only way that I can use it is to dab it on my skin and rub it in with my finger. Not really sure if it works or not because of this.

Be careful!
This product was okay at first; however, after a few weeks of using this product, one of my eyes (bottom lid) started getting red. At first I thought it was a pimple but after applying this product again, I realized it was the product who was causing me an allergic reaction. I think the applicator after a while, gets contaminated, causing this unfortunate reaction to my eye. I wouldn't recommend this product at all.

After using this for a week, I developed red, itchy patches under both eyes and, worryingly, leading into the corner of my eyes. I stopped using it but the rash is still there after two weeks. I am getting some medication from my dermatologist to hopefully cure it. If L'Oreal ever reads these, can you tell me which ingredient in the serum was most likely to cause irritation? I need to know what to avoid in the future.

I have been using this product for about a month now, and it has become contaminated once again. The product always turns yellow before I can even finish the bottle. It is a waste of money and the product has done nothing discernable for me.

Have been using this product for 4 months. There isn't any discernible change in eye puffiness. I've used L'Oreal products for years. This is the first product that has disappointed me. Considering the price, I can't recommend it to potential buyers.
