First time retinol purge

I've tried various retinols before and honestly, I've never really seen what all the hype was about. The effects seemed to take forever to show up, and I never experienced any of that notorious retinol purge—until now. I added the Inkey List retinol to my skincare routine, and wow, did things change...

Not so good

when I first got this retinol serum, I immediately thought that it was going to help with my fine lines under my eyes and my smile lines aswell. I'm 15 and I know it doesn't sound great to use retinol, but I heard that it's really good with acne. I have combination oily skin meaning that my T-zone i...

It's smells a funky but I think most retinols do. Put in on in the evening and my face still feels plump and hydrated in the morning. Not sure what fine lines and wrinkles have been reduced but I've only been using it a month.

I just started using retinol at 42. Mostly fine lines, haven't really noticed a difference there. What I have noticed is brighter skin overall! I started off using a couple times a week had some purging but now up to every other day.
