STEP 1: after cleansing, dry desired treatment areas thoroughly. Peel off adhesive white strips.STEP 2: With dry hands, apply patch with cone-side down, gently pressing for 5-10 seconds. You may experience mild tingling during use as micro-cones dissolve. This is normal and is temporary.STEP 3: Wear for at least two hours. You will see amazing results when you first take them off but after a few smiles the wrinkles are right back. They also stick so well to your skin that they are painful to pull off which isn't good for the sensitive skin around your eyes.

I used the patches for the first time last night, and could not believe the difference this morning. It was definitely noticeable. They are kind of pricey, and I'm not sure how often you're supposed to use them.
