The smell is not it
I don't know why the smell is hyped as an attribute. It doesn't smell luxurious- just weird and unpleasant. Because of their draconian return policy (7 days from delivery— in my case, before I had even opened the boxes and tried them), I'm stuck with a bunch of product I hate.

I apply the serum, follow with the mask, then put on cotton gloves to maximize absorption (and avoid rubbing it off on my sheets). By morning, my hands feel deeply hydrated, soft, and genuinely transformed. The biggest endorsement? I got my 70‑year‑old mom — who never changes her routine — completely hooked. Not only am I 43 now and my skin is aging, but I also moved to a dry climate. My hands were looking so dry, and wrinkly. I have tried so many creams, and none of them worked. Then I saw an ad for Paume. I am not usually the one to buy something from an ad. There are so many products out there that don't help, but I was desperate. I've been using the serum only (no other Paume products) for 2 weeks, and I've seen improvements in skin texture. I use the serum morning and evening like the tube says. I put it on all the way up to my elbows, and the skin on my arms looks and feels better too. I was a total skeptic about this product and thought for sure it was just another Instagram scam. Arthritis, thin skin, and "old lady hands" run in my family. The improvement I've seen so far in skin texture alone is enough to keep me using this product.
