Extend the applicator fully by gently pulling the inner tube until it stops. Hold the applicator between your thumb and middle fingers, and use your index finger to push the inner tube, deploying the tampon. Be sure to push the inner tube all the way into the outer tube so the tampon releases completely. Use as needed based on your flow and change regularly.
