I like that it gives you the option to start slow. I began with the lowest number just to be safe. It does tingle a little, but I started with the 50 and the very next day my skin looked so fresh, glowy, and plump. Honestly, it feels like a quick little reset for my skin every time I use it! These are also perfect for on the go.
