It's okay
This is a nice highlighter once it's built up, but I've noticed that it doesn't really want to adhere to the skin, and takes a while to be built up. Also the color doesn't look great on my skin tone.

As a 70+ aged woman, I had long ago abandoned sparkly, glittery, and shimmery makeup accents for my eyes and face. But Rose-Marie's insistence that her luminizing products were the perfect alternative convinced me to give the Hydra Dew a chance. I have not been disappointed! The Prosecco Fizz just gives a certain something when I dust it all over my face -- it catches the light instead of capturing it and people notice me not my makeup. It is a lovely addition to all of my other well-loved RMS products. TIP: Watch all of her mini tutorials on each product page. It's a goldmine of savvy makeup advice!

I was a little skeptical at first because of some of the other reviews but I'm so glad I decided to try it myself. It adds a super light glow/shimmer but it's builds me. I like that I can apply with a brush because it's easy to put on your cheeks, nose and forehead if you want. I also have the luminizer cream which does the same thing but this is softer and can be applied to other places other than just the cheeks. Love it. It's really beautiful,
