I prefer the gummy version of this vitamin but I take the capsules because I like how they support a healthy urinary tract. I have always been very prone to urinary tract infections so I started taking these and I haven't one in over a year! Not sure if it's a coincidence but whatever. I won't stop taking these!

This was and is the best decision I could've ever made. I really noticed a difference 2-3 months after I started taking the capsules and when I tell you the odor is gone (even after a crazy gym session), my discharge is back to normal and that my partner's been ALL OVER me... Stop sleeping on lemme purr!!
Absolutely NOT
This product gave me a really bad UTI. The kind that sent me to the urgent care. Nothing over the counter even remotely helped. I didn't look closely enough at the reviews. Other people complained of the same thing! They shouldnt even be selling this product if that many people have a reaction. Not worth it, lesson learned!
