Limit initial use to once or twice a week on non-consecutive nights, gradually increasing frequency to every other night, then every night as tolerated. As a guide, it can take at least 6 weeks to reach nightly use. Do not use with other retinols. This concentrate has been created to form the first stage of your evening age-defying routine. At night, apply 2 pumps to a cleansed face, avoiding the eye, outer eye and lip areas. Allow product to completely absorb before applying your usual No7 serum and liberally applying your No7 night cream.

Precautions: Contains retinol, which may cause irritation. Please refer to leaflet for directions and warnings, ensure you read carefully before your first use and retain the enclosed leaflet for future reference. Gradually build up use, if irritation occurs reduce frequency and increase moisturization.

NOTE: Not suitable for those trying to conceive, are pregnant or breastfeeding. In such instances it is recommended to avoid any products containing retinol. This product must not be used in conjunction with other pure retinol products, as well as retinoic acid, alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) and beta hydroxy acids (BHAs). Do not apply to irritated, broken or inflamed skin. Retinol can make the skin more sensitive to UV radiation. Limit sun exposure and ensure you apply a high SPF Day Cream every morning while using this product. Avoid contact with eyes, entire eye area & lips. If product gets into the eyes rinse well with water immediately. For external use only. Do not use if taking prescription acne medication or undergoing a skin peeling regimen.
