Not working after less than a year
Heating elements have fried after less than a year. Always took a long time to dry my short medium hair. Cheaper hot tools dryer was was much better.
Not recommended!
I can't believe this product passed quality control. The buttons on the side of the blow dryer have angled edges, rather than smooth and between that and the location of them, you can't even use the dryer. It hurts your hands to hold the dryer while using it and because of the location of them, you can't avoid hitting them and changing the settings, while blow drying.
Lukewarm at best!!
Cons: Heat setting very lackluster…does not get very hot, even on highest setting. Also, terrible placement of buttons on inside shaft of the handle, as I kept hitting the heat setting button and it would knock it back to the lower setting. Only pros are the color (purple is my fave) and it is lightweight. Returned for a refund.
Not worth buying
I bought this and I havent even had it for a year and the hair dryer wont turn on anymore. Ive had hair dryers last me years. This is not worth buying

I have a previous HotTools that was amazing lasted over 10 yrs. This one had no heat on any setting. Returned.
