The old Prime Time was much better!!

The old Prime Time provided the right amount of moisture to apply the foundation evenly. It kept make up looking great for hours. The new product is not nearly as effective. Very disappointed the Prime Time Products were changed.

Hydrating without feeling greasy
I really love how hydrating this primer is, and i feel like it improved the texture of my skin, even after removing my makeup. I feel like it makes my skin look hydrated without making me feel greasy. It has amazing grip for the loose powder foundation.
Didn't agree with my skin
I really wanted to love tgis primer but i have really sensitive skin and it didnt agree with my skin. I right away noticed an increase in breakouts after using this primer. Unfortunately i cannot use it so i will be returning..
