Is this formula sort of matte? I dont like it when im using a matte lipstick and it makes it shiny.

We'd love for you to consider MAC Prep + Prime 24-hour Extend Eye Base as a great base for sparkly shadow! This helps to prolong the wear of eye makeup by 24 hours, keeping your makeup colour true and sweat-resistant. Apply all over eyelid. I was not incredibly overwhelmed by this product in the first few wears - it did help moisturize lips with products that were drying but still noticed some bleeding around the edges where had not noticed without. I wasn't sure if I really need this, but I live in a dry area and its very uncomfortable to wear matte lipstick. So, it works, feels nice, makes your lips more even and I don't have this painful dry sensation. But, there are still lines that appeared with dryness. So, that's ok

Daily Lip
This is my must have even when I'm not wearing lip gloss. This and my lip conditioner by MAC are my forever must haves. Take care of my lips daily. Don't know how one could be disappointed ever with this product.
Repeat Purchase
This product performs well. I would recommend applying a lip liner first and using the liner inside the lip liner with lipstick applied last.
