How to Use

Tip: Pair with Powermatte Lip Pigment to create various lip effects from subtle to bold.

Natural definition:

Trace along the natural lip line with Precision Lip Liner
Turn liner on its side and shade slightly inside the natural lip line
Use this as a guide to fill in entire lip area with Powermatte Lip Pigment

For a bright pop of color:

Using moderate pressure, draw a line from the cupid's bow toward the outer corners, emphasizing the center of the lip
Apply Powermatte Lip Pigment from the outer corners inward, allowing the liner to pop in the center

Strong definition:

Create structure to the lip with a slightly darker shade of liner
First, apply Powermatte Lip Pigment. Trace along natural lip line with Precision Lip Liner from the outer corners inward
Blend with fingertips or liner endcap to softly blend and diffuse color for a seamless effect

I know, especially with liners, that cheaper alternatives are just as good, formula and performance wise. For me, the shade is primordial hence my following point- I don't know why for me personally, for my skin tone, it's SO hard to find shades that compliment me. The nudes are too ashy, greige, brown, dull or just plain bad on MY skin. The reds, pinks and other colors are too much; just not what I'm looking for: the ultimate, sexy, blood-rushed, healthy pout aka my lips but way better. The nude shades in this line are GORGEOUS!! My favorite of all being Lérins. Wow just perfect. Even my husband can't resist kissing me every time I wear it lol He loves it. The other shades are also very flattering. Formula is a bit drier which I prefer as it lasts much longer on my lips. It's more on the drier formula but I believe that's why it lasts so long on the lips. I never have issues with dryness however, because I always go to bed with exfoliated (with toothbrush) and well moisturized lips (Huda Beauty silk balm/Clarins lip oil). I wake up with soft lips ready for makeup without too much slip. This glides on and stays PUT. Particularly, the shade Lérnis, is literally the best nude for my medium olive yellow/green skin tone. It's so hard to find a good nude that won't ash me out, wash me out or just look wrong. On its own it's THE perfect MLBB shade and mixed with literally any lipstick, it's an absolute beauty!
