I have actually never tried a MAC lipstick before so this was super exciting to review! I got the MAC Powder Kiss Hazy Matte Lipstick in shade Chestnut. Unfortunately the tip of the lipstick was squished into the top of the cap when I got it which was super disappointing. A very good portion of the tip of the lipstick was damaged and I do not know how it happened since it was brand new in box, I would be very upset if I had paid for it. The lipstick smells so good, possibly chocolatey? Unless I'm just thinking chocolate because of the color haha. This lipstick goes on very smooth and has good coverage. I used a lip liner when using it so I could get crisp sharp lines on my lips, especially due to the tip damage. The lipstick is fairly matte for a non-liquid lipstick although it does still transfer fairly easily. I had to reapply it after drinking and light eating but I have to do that for most lipsticks anyway. Overall I do like the lipstick, but the price is a bit much for me. Hence why I haven't tried MAC lipstick before, but I will definitely keep my eye out for sales in the future because I'm very curious to try out their other colors and formulas! I received this product for free from MAC Cosmetics for testing and review purposes.
