Does not work
Mask was useless Tool hurt and left my skin red

Easy to apply , works great
Red Face
Applied it and it immediately started burning. Left on for not even a minute. Left my face all red and slightly inflamed.
Smells and doesn't work
I am a employee and was really excited ,had hugh hopes! Love the idea, but the tool is very painful and you have to realllly apply pressure to get anything. I left it on my face for a little over 15min (like instructed on bottle) and it smelled so bad ,someone across the room could smell it. Felt like it burnt my skin,because mt skin was so red afterwards and skin feels "raw" after using thr tool. Recommendation: better formula and better less painful tool.
It an ok product
I love the thought of this. It's just not the best specially for the price. The mask feels nice on my nose and chin. The extraction tool is painful. You have to press hard to get anything out. I would pad on this.
