I followed all the directions and even watched video tutorials before using this. Power button stopped working
It worked good for about a good weak and then the power button stopped working. It basically went down into the socket. And stopped getting hot

The heating element and choice of heat settings was good - however, the end of the triple barrel does not have a plastic tip/protector - you need to wear a glove when using on back of hair as the iron is heavy and you need to steady it - i burned my hands several times especially when I didn't initially notice the rounded tips were part of the heated metal barrel.

I received this item complementary from @influenster and #babylissprousa and I love this product. Very easy to use and my hair has body and bounce I am buying more to gift for Christmas because it is perfect!
Broken power button
At first, I loved using this curling wand. It gave me really cute waves in my hair and was easy to use. Unfortunately about 6 months of use was all it could offer because the power button got stuck and it wouldn't turn on anymore.
