I sprayed it one foot away before going close to the miss, and I felt that it was the perfect amount on my body. The product was also very easily evaporating, so it's not leave you a wet texture, which allowed it easy for you to spray and go. The bottle was a simple canteen look, but I'm okay with simplicity. It was over all easy to use and open.
