[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] It's a beautiful shimmering gloss, it does plump a little, give the tingling effect without being red. I love the pointed applicator, it makes it nice and easy to follow the lip lines! It's not sticky or gritty feeling which is a huge plus in my book. It has a very light consistency that smooths over lip liner or lip stick without dragging the lips!
