Smoothing, hydrating and actually plumping
This is one of the nicer-feeling plumping lip products I've tried. It's super comfortable on (moisturizing with a slight tingle), and the effects are real: within a few minutes, my thin upper lip got fuller and rosier, and fine lines were filled in and blurred almost instantly. I bought the shade lilac, which for me turns into a sheer pink that basically just enhances my natural lip color (which is fine by me). Absolutely worth the impulse buy.
Hurt my throat
Day one, and only… I reapllied multiple times first day i ised it and half way though the day my through got so sore and scratchy. I actually lost my voice and couldn't make PAs for my job. I'm returning it. I do not recommend.

It does feel more like a gloss rather than an oil . It goes on smoothly and you do feel a little tingle . I love it and would get it again !! A little goes a long way , while using this product!
