Love this nightly cream. My issues is with the shipping. I have always received nicely packed, cute boxes that made me feel like I was opening a gift. This was thrown in a box with some paper, but not enough paper to keep the products from getting bounced around. One of my products got bounced out of its own packaging.
The newly designed jar is NOT user-friendly!

I love this product and have been using it for years. I agree with the other reviewers about the inconvenience of this new container! Impossible to access the product without having cream under my fingernails! Not ok! I will be forced to find another night cream until Origins corrects this awful design.

I have used this product for years and love it. I recently ordered a new jar and received this redesigned jar. Why would Origins change a jar design from a straight sided jar where it is very easy to reach all the product to a jar with a lip where is it very difficult to get at all the product? I am baffled by this change. Origins - please go back to the original jar design!!!

I've used this product for a long time. I may like how the new packaging looks but not the useability of it. The smoothness of the previous jar made it much easier to get the cream out of the container. This newer version is difficult to get the cream from under the lip without getting it much of it under your fingernails. Rethink how packaging will affect the useability.
