this review will not make a difference as most other reviews are 5 star. I've been using this product for four weeks. Have seen absolutely 0 improvements. I received a sample size through Ulta and loved it. I bought the Plantscription gift box bundle in November but didn't start using the full sized bottle until January 11th since I had the sample. I pumped the cap but nothing came out so I tried a few more times. I opened the top to find nothing attached to the cap! I used a skewer to feel if the attachment detached inside the bottle but there wasn't a feeder tube. Origins was kind enough to send a replacement which I received today and once again nothing attached to the pump. Anyone know if that's how the product is made or are the bottles I received defective?
