WHAT DID THEY DO TO THE FORMULA
They changed the FORMULA, this is now thin with crappy coverage and oxidized so badly on my skin. Shell Ivory is now sheer tinted orange. I am so upset. I loved this foundation. It is going back and I am writing the company.
Love it
I have normal tom combination skin. I normally don't get matte foundations because it tends to make my skin feels tight, but I was in a pinch and I ran out of my soft matte foundation. The price was pretty cheap and I like most wet n wild products so I took a chance on this. Let me tell you I'm glad I did! At first I didn't like when I applied it the foundation felt dry, but that feeling quickly went away. The foundation was so easy to blend and the coverage was buildable. I wore it over 12 hours and yea it got a bit shiny but nothing crazy. It stayed in place did not move or settle into weird places. I really love it and would suggest it to someone. The only thing I would say is the shade range could be better was lucky I found mine.
Not For My Dry Skin
I really wanted to like this foundation because of the price and positive reviews. While it was a good shade match for my light skin, I hated the foundation otherwise. It's super dry and settled into every pore. I tried building it up but it still looked terrible. Maybe this works for some people but it looked terrible on my dry skin and really emphasized my pores.

This foundation gives such a beautiful, flawless finish! For those complaining about dryness...know that this foundation is water based! Therefore, if you're using moisturizer or primer beforehand, you must use a water based product!

Just do it. Try the drug store and shock yourself! Adore it. Bought it in 3 shades for different seasons and different reasons. Use it for base and contouring. So affordable, blendable, stays on. There's just no reason to spend an arm and a leg. This is also amazing mixed with Loreal Glowtion.
