Is this product Sweat and Waterproof?

If you wear make up daily and are going to use this product daily, would it replace your normal daily AHABHA product (i use PC 2% bha daily liquid exfoliant) or would this just be an addition to your regime?

I absolutely love the texture of this resurfacer. It is thick and smooth and glides perfectly over my skin. It fills in wrinkles to make your face smooth and primed for makeup. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!
Not recommended for dry skin
Bought this during the 21 days of Beauty. I read all the comments beforehand and really thought I was going to like it but its not what I expected. I have normal to dry skin but more dry living in Colorado. This primer dried my skin out more than usual. It was ok when I did my skincare routine beforehand because of my thick moisturizer, however it was pretty bad compared to other primers I've used. I love the original smashbox primer but this one was not it for me!
Best primer I've ever used
I absolutely love this primer. My skin never looked better since I started wearing this. This product has exceeded my expectations!
Not as advertised
The 21 days of beauty deal plus my experience with the primer made me curious enough to buy this especially since I've been having moisture barrier issues on parts of my face (forehead especially). I had gotten my flakiness under control on my forehead weeks prior, but I knew I had a moisture barrier issue. Well this product promotes that it's good for moisture barrier so I bought it and used it. I'm pretty sure this is the cause of the return of my dry, flaky forehead issues. It goes on really smooth, but it doesn't hydrate, keep hydrated, or smooths anything. I wish I could return this. I've tried it 3 to 4 times and every single time I try this it always emphasizes my dryness even after I put on my creams. Boo.
Good primer
Seems to work very well although a little expensive. The only thing I don't like is the smell.
