I was so happy when I saw the shade match of this foundation! I have tried 20+ different foundations and this is the only affordable one that was light enough for me. However, I absolutely hate when perfume is put into makeup and skincare where it doesn't belong. A lot of people have fragrance sensitivity like me. My face smelling like cheap perfume all day is not a positive experience. Please remove the fragrance and this wll become my signature foundation!
worth a try
around the face its quite nice as it stays matte but around the mouth which is the mustage area and chin… idk what it is but it oxidises orange literally has me looking like a simpson. granted it is quite yellow but with blush it does manage to work. mousy formula and a bit thick and full coverage, definitely dont just pump it all out to your face, work it in sections so it doesnt get too heavy, apart from the simpsons referance, lasted well

I am tired of orange hues once you get out of the 'beige/nude' color lines so I hesitate to order anything with the word "tan" in the color. I ordered custard color and it is more like ivory. It is very light. I use it around my inner eye as more of a lightening concealer because using it on my face makes me look pale and sickly. I have order taupe and I am hoping the shade does not have the orange undertones like so many other brands do .
Wrong shade?
I orded one of the lightest shades as i am fairly pale but online it showed it was a nice light tan. It came in today and its literally white. Nothing even close to the color i orded.

I bought this on a whim because I saw it on sale online and for a Much better price than my normal brand of foundation. I used the color chart on the product site and it actually was an exact match! Sooo happy about that! I'm usually nervous to ever buy foundation online without first trying it on but it had brand matching colors, so I put in my normal brand color and it matched me to the exact shade in this J. Cat Foundation. A bit thicker or more concealing than my normal brand so I can either use one pump less or have extra coverage. Happy, like Super Happy overall. Thanks!!!
