I don't tend to use liquid eyeliner, but wow this is fabulous. It went on so smooth and easy. The brown color was perfect, dramatic but not too dark for day wear. I am definitely going to use this often.

I got this Rare Beauty perfect strokes matte liner for free in exchange for my honest opinion. Thank you Rare Beauty and BzzAgent! This eyeliner is really easy to use and it's very precise. The tip is really nice and it doesn't feel hard when applying to the eye. It's a waterproof liner and it's a really beautiful rich brown color. If you are a beginner you will like this as it's a very easy to use eyeliner.

This eyeliner was easy to use. Have to remember to shake this eyeliner before use. Has a very fine pen to either make a natural line to a dramatic look. It does dry down pretty quick when applying. I did have to touch up mid day it started to fade some.

Thanks Rare Beauty for the free Perfect Strokes Matte Liquid Liner! I am a liquid liner snob so my expectations were not high. I ended up being so happy with this liner. The tip is very easy to work with - if you're not a liquid liner expert give this a shot. The tip is very sharp which is perfect for wings and getting into the inner corner. It's juicy without being too juicy. I have always done black liner so the brown was a new experience - I am enjoying the softer look though. This has absolutely become a favorite liquid liner!
