I have used eyeliner from pretty much every price range Covergirl's Perfect Blend Eyeliner beats them all!! It glides on seamlessly with out pulling. It smudges for a Smokey eye look, that's super sexy!! It last most the day. I always use an eyeshadow primer then set with a setting spray, which makes the liner last about 12 hours. Which is perfect in my book. It comes off very easily with an eye makeup remover.Perfect Blend Eyeliner

I don't recommend the lack brown or taupe colors for dark skin. I have brown eyes but this product worked more effectively for me like a brow filler than an eyeliner.
