Has this Clinique PEP START spf 50 mineral sunscreen 1 oz been discontinued or not???? Two years ago one answer mentioned it was replaced with mineral spf 50 FLUID for the FACE. Well that sounds like this exact product. Please CLARIFY. Is this product PEP START still available as of October 2023? Also how are we to read the Lot or Code # regarding manufactured date? SPF looses effectiveness overtime, correct? So why no expiration dates?

Since Clinique sadly discontinued this product, what tinted 100% mineral spf does Clinique offer that is comparable? I've been searching for a tinted spf for so long now and JUST when I find the holy grail y'all discontinue it… I am so sad.

Love!!!
I love this sunscreen! What makes it different than other sunscreens is that it has a skin tone tint to it! So it doesn't give a white cast or flash back, like the other sunscreens that are white do. Also doesn't smell weird or have any harsh chemicals! Love this stuff!

Greasy, Ineffective
I have purchased based on the good reviews. This product has very low viscosity and is quite oily so it's difficult to apply a decent amount. Using the recommended amount (a teaspoon for your face), one bottle would last you a bit under six applications. The tint is very light - even for me (light/f...

This sunscreen is a go to for me, sometimes I stray but I always come back. Nice, light tint for those no makeup days but also wears really well under makeup. Highly recommended!

I really like this sunblock. I was looking for a protective spf that wouldn't leave my face greasy or looking shiny and comfortable to use daily. I have other spf but are more like moisturizer with tint or foundation which for daily use feels like I'm wearing make up every day so gotta make sure I blend it well and all. So for days that's in rushing and don't have time, I'm glad to use this product. I would definitely buy again. Just wish it would be bigger.
Not for Oily Skin
I had such high hopes for this sunscreen. I'd read the reviews, raves about how great it worked for oily skin & thought what the heck, it's a bit on the expense side but if it works with oily skin why not give it a try?. Not! Within seconds of applying it my face was as shinny and oily looking as all of us oily face suffers dread. So disappointed. Maybe mine was a fluke but it sucks to buy I product that you'll never use again, money in the trash.
Greasy/heavy feel
I have oily skin and this felt really greasy and heavy on my skin I had to layer powders on it to help with the greasy look. It has a peach tint to it. I have light skin and I would say the tint is very sheer. It just disappears after you rub it in. I will definitely not be buying it again. I also noticed it doesn't have an expiration date. Will use it as a body sunscreen.
It's fine
I had no idea that this sunscreen has a foundation-looking (which is my fault for not paying attention before buying it). My skin is warm ivory, so it didn't look too weird on me. If you have lighter or darker skin, this sunscreen will give you an odd skin color tone. The biggest downside for me is that since I have a beard, even after shaving, the sunscreen gets stuck on the beard area, so you can see that there's a product on my face. Also, this hasn't happened to me yet because it was my first time wearing it, but I feel like this sunscreen will stain my clothes. I'll keep it, but I won't be rebuying it.
