Pour It, Dip It, Wipe It. Three easy steps is all it takes to bring brushes back to life instantly.
- Pour CS Makeup Brush Cleaner into the Cleansing Tin and fill the tin up enough to dip 1/4 of the way up the brush bristles.
- Dip the tip of the brush into the liquid and remove immediately to avoid over saturation. The bristles will draw liquid up into the brush and dissolve away makeup. For large, fluffy, or dense brushes, only dip 10% of the brush tip and hold vertically for 5 seconds so liquid moves down into the base.
- Wipe the brush clean on an absorbent paper towel or cloth, and repeat as necessary. Reshape the brush and allow to air dry completely before use.
May stain light or white brushes. Do not dip brush more than halfway, over saturate or soak. Cinema secrets is not responsible for damage to brushes, furniture, surfaces or clothing, use caution. Not for use on skin.
Danger: Flammable liquid and vapor. May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Causes serious eye irritation. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Can I use this product on my makeup sponges?

We do not recommend using this formula to clean your makeup sponges as it would absorb too much of the formulation and it would not provide a proper clean for your sponges as well as waste the product. Can't do the smell
If you are sensitive to smell, don't buy this product. I wish I would've only tested one brush, but I decided to clean all my brushes with it because it worked so well. Can't do the smell

I cannot afford to buy all new brushes so I will live with it, but it's definitely hard to. The scent is really strong. Yuck. Makes me wonder what lingering chemicals I am putting on my face with my makeup.
Wow!
This stuff works fast and is easy to use, so much better than other methods I've tried! There is a chemical/alcohol scent at first but once the brushes dry completely (after 24 hours or so) it's gone. Whats left is a faint tapicoa-ish scent (similar to a mac lipglass but not as strong) that you can only smell if you have your nose directly on your brushes. The package does warn that the blue may stain white or pale colored brushes. It happened with only two of my four lighter brushes but it's more of a tint than turning them completely blue. I don't mind it.
Ate away at my brushes.
Ate right through the glue in my brushes, i followed the directions exactly as directed and am not happy with my brushes falling apart. brushes are not cheap and neither was this.
