STEP 1: PERFECT
Use the Beautiful Finish Brush to SWIRL, TAP, BUFF for an easy, expert application:
SWIRL a small amount of ORIGINAL Loose Mineral Foundation in the lid until it all disappears into the brush.
TAP away excess.
BUFF onto the skin in a circular motion, starting on the outside of your face and moving inward.
Repeat until you've achieved the desired coverage, from sheer to full.
STEP 2: SET
Using a fluffy brush, such as our Supreme Finisher Brush (sold separately), sweep MINERAL VEIL Finishing Powder across T-zone, cheeks or all over your face.

I've tried so many foundations over the years, but I keep coming back to BareMinerals Loose Powder Foundation. It's lightweight, breathable, and somehow manages to give me a natural, radiant finish without looking cakey or dry. I love that it's buildable, just a light dusting for everyday wear, or layered for more coverage…and it still looks like skin. One of the best parts is the ingredient list. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin or clog my pores, which is rare for a foundation. I also love that it has SPF, so I feel a little more protected on days I'm out and about.

Nice little set. I had not used loose or mineral makeup in a long time. I enjoyed how it spread on my face and it is not cakey or lingers in my nose area. I really like the mini brush, it's compact but sturdy. I also really liked the packaging. Again, long time since I've bought loose makeup, so I was not expecting to he protector. I used to hate how you had to be careful or it would spill everywhere.

I love everything matte. This was not but I also didn't hate it. The finely milled shimmer gave me a luminous glow without looking oily. It wasn't my exact shade but I was able to make it work.

*I received this product for free from BzzAgent in exchange for my honest review** I am obsessed with this Bare Minerals product—it's perfect for summer! My skin is naturally very dry, so most foundations tend to settle into my pores (never a good look) or they look and feel heavy and greasy…But the Original Foundation feels so lightweight and comfortable on my skin. The brush is amazing for blending, and its compact size makes it easy to toss in my makeup bag for on-the-go touch-ups. The setting powder is lightweight, and clears up any shiny spots and did not leave a white cast, as some setting powders can do. The only thing I would change, is making the product a pressed powder rather than loose. It does tend to make a bit of a mess if you are not careful! They offer a wide range of shades, and the one I chose matched my skin flawlessly. The real magic isn't just in the product—it's in the application. Using the "swirl, tap, buff" method made all the difference, giving me a smooth, flawless finish. Follow the steps exactly, and you'll get beautiful results every time!
