Perfection in a bottle
As SOON as Saltair dropped this new oil, I new I had to buy it. It comes in a beautiful frosted glass bottle. The scent is sweet, subtle but warm. Layers well with both my Santal and Fruity body wash and lotion. Leaves skin silky, moistures, but is not too heavy or greasy at all. LOVE LOVE

I find myself reaching for this after every shower over any of my body oils or lotions. It's a nice but not overpowering vanilla scent and it absorbs so easily. Not sticky and doesn't get on my clothes.

too stinky
I had to return this. I bought it in the vanilla scent and I liked the scent, and the product itself is great. super hydrating loved the feeling. but the scent is SO STRONG AND OVERPOWERING. I put it on my arms and legs and it was so strong, but I was thinking it would fade. NO. 8 HOURS LATER the smell was still so strong it triggered a migraine. I wouldn't mind smelling like this but not to the extent that it is all I can smell and all anyone within a one mile radius of me can smell.

Okay so, she's cute but the fragrance doesn't stick to my skin the way that I'd like. However, I do exfoliate in my skincare routine (physical and chemical exfoliation) so that could be why. I don't feel like an oil slick after applying this oil, either. Dries relatively fast, and no sensory sensitivity issues with my skin. However, I do mix it with a body lotion. I wouldn't use this by itself unless my skin is still wet from the shower. By itself, it can feel a little drying, but great for locking in hydration. Great for colder months. The application experience is divine, I truly love the scent (even though I wish it was a little stronger !). I can still smell it a couple hours later though so, really not a big deal. Unless this brand has already done it and I haven't seen it, saltair, please make a body spray out of this scent !!!!!
