For reference, I have high density, fine stranded 2b-2C curls. I loved it so much, I ordered a big bottle this time. Except, my hair is not nourished, shiny or noticeably moisturized, and it didn't provide slip the way it used to. Now it's just like any other shampoo. This whole brand was actually something I used to vouch for, saying that every one of their products worked the way they stated it had (because it's true), but now I'm not entirely sure if I would repurchase from this brand, because this was a holy grail product for me (and the only one I really needed from them) and now I have to find something else. I'm stuck with this big bottle I don't even want to use. I gave it 3 stars because it does cleanse very well (not to the extent of a clarifying one of course) but if you have super oily hair, and don't want anything with silicones, I think it will work well for you now.
