Press petals to skin one at a time, gently pulling and smoothing each petal as you go.

The worst!!!
Ripped my breast trying to get the breast concealers off. The sticky tape stuck to my skin and I had to scrub it off. My nipples were sore after painfully taking them off. Do not buy!!! They should be taken off the market.

I've been using these for years and they're my go to. They do not hurt to take off unless you've worn them longer than you should, which why would anyone do that?!
