i purchased the NeoHeat Perineal Heater with NeoBrief.. i charged it for 6 hours and turned it on to test and it worked. Two days later i turned it on and there was no power so i charged it for another 6 hours... the power light turns green when it is plugged into the charger however once unplugge...

The NeoHeat Perineal Healing device was absolutely amazing and extremely convenient to use even without the special panties. It does not add to your day as you can use it while getting ready after a shower. I had 36 hours of labor, 5 hours of active labor, and 3rd grade tearing. I ended up needing very limited pain control with using this device and the battery life was great. The only issue I had was with the bluetooth app. Towards the end of the treatment it had issues connecting during the whole treatment.
Amazing device!
The NeoHeat device healed my tear after only a couple of weeks of use! It was easy to use and took very little time each day. I highly recommend it if you have a tear and are looking for a quicker healing process!
Every new mom needs a NeoHeat!
