Using the Kylie Precise Sculpting Complexion Brush, pick up some of the hydrating powder, tapping off any excess against the side of the compact. Gently sweep it under the eyes to brighten the area and set makeup in place. This was heavily recommended to me by several friends so I finally bought it. Best decision of my makeup journey! I absolutely love the formula and the finish of this powder! I don't use primer or setting spray, but this will hold my makeup on all day even in the summer heat.

I love this blurring powder! I unfortunately deal with access facial oil but this powder covers it right up. It doesn't has a scent, so it doesn't smell bad. It helps my makeup stay on my face all day long! 10/10 product!
