Bought this 3 weeks ago. Used it twice and it is no longer heating.

Great Brush
I use this brush for touch ups because my hair gets frizzy and heavy when it is hot and humid outside. It makes my hair look and feel healthier.
Please don't buy this tool
My hair is soft wavy.. and this tool dosent work on me.. or it just a useless tool! Just dont buy this! Its a waste of money
Too hot to handle!
I have a chin length cut and this tool is too cumbersome. The whole brush gets hot and there is no place besides the handle that is cool. I would have liked the tip to be cooler. Maybe this would work for super long hair. I burned myself multiple times.

The brush works well. I especially like that all the heating "bristles " are completely covered & do not just contain a tip (which evetually breaks off) as other straightening brush brands). My review grade is only a 3 because it is way too easy to burn one's forehead or neck with this brush. I feel that this is a design issue that needs to be addressed because it is a safety issue. I have burn scars on my forehead from the first time I used the brush. Again, to me, this burn risk is a flaw in the design that should be addressed!

I am very happy with my BaBylissPRO Nano Titanium brush. It is easy to handle and use and it straightens and smooths my curly, frizzy hair. This is my third BaByliss hair product. I have their hairdryer, curling iron and now the Straightening brush. I love my BaByliss products!!!

This is not a question but a FYI after seeing a review where the person used it in place of a blow dryer. This is to be used on DRY hair, just as a flatiron or curling iron would be.
