I received this as a birthday gift and was super excited to try it. Firsr of i had to use all ly strength for the plates to close which made it extremely difficult to use. The plates were alao extremely hot yet would straighten or give that "sleek" finish. Ended up frying my hair of how much i was ...

Plates does not closed tightly. Burn risk... to clients and stylist. Planning on returning this. They have other tooks that work well.
