Use the nano glass foot file by gently moving the file back and forth along the sides, bottom and heels of your feet with hard skin and thick calluses. May be used dry or wet with soap and water. For best results apply moisturizer or lotion to keep your feet hydrated and soft.
To clean brush off remaining dust from your feet and clean the glass foot files by adding soap and rinsing under running water. Keep in a dry area after use.

Perfection
I have never in my life filed my calluses so quickly and easily. I was shocked. I've used creams, files, pumice, etc but THIS is the product.
Best foot file ever!
I have really dry feet in the winter and have used many different foot files. This one works wonders. I will never buy anything else.

I was skeptical but purchased it. It has surpassed my expectations. Easy to use, easy to clean and it works! As others have stated start with a light pressure, be careful not to do too much. I've found it works better for me dry than wet but it works both ways.
No regrets
This thing is awesome. It is durable, easy to clean, will last a long time, and is effective. I love my glass nail files so I gave this a shot and loved it. You don't need much pressure and it even filed down my boyfriends callus. It can be easy to get carried away and make yourself a little raw the first time you use it-so just a little bit of caution.
