Day 1: Apply two coats to clean, bare nails.
Day 2 -- 3: Add one coat daily.
Day 4: Remove and repeat original application.
For best results, use for at least 14 days. Continue use as needed.

Price and don't work.
I used it for 14 days no improvement. It will turn your nails yellow.
Made things worse
Seemed to make nails weaker which is odd because I have usually very strong nails. Careful to any with nut allergies as this, and most other CND nail conditioning products, contain almond oil.
Strengthening base coat
After 30yrs of acrylics, gel manicures, dip nails, press ons, nail biting & picking…. I'm finally nurturing my thin, brittle, damaged, natural nails. I unintentionally grabbed the CND Nail Strengthener while searching for a basecoat but find it to be an excellent choice! It levels ridges and imperfections providing a super smooth base with strong grip. I was frustrated with bubbles appearing after using an OPI Topcoat so decided to use the strengthener for a topcoat. It doesn't provide the same high shine as other topcoats but I have no chips or peeling after 4 days! Will definitely keep using as a basecoat.
no improvement but temporary perk
this did not strengthen or thicken my nails. the ends of my nails keep lifting off in layers. the one good thing about this polish is that it is amazing at smoothing out ridges but this benefit goes away as soon as the polish is removed. also this polish has a yellow tint so nails look discolored when wearing but it does not actually discolor your nails.
