My Perfect NudeBeing my first Natasha Denona Lipstick I didn't know what to expect but I am so impressed with every aspect of it. The packaging is weighted, has a magnetic closure, is kinda chunky in a luxe, cute way. The artwork on the case isn't my favorite, but it's well done for what it is. The color is my perfect shade of nude. It's a cool-leaning neutral pinkish beige. Very closely resembles another old favorite of mine which is now discontinued, Tarte Rum Punch. But Natasha's formula is far and away the better formula. It glides on in a creamy, even layer. The Tarte Color Splash formula was creamy, but more thick and not as even or smoothing on the lips. The Natasha formula isn't too thick, nor too Moisturizing, so it adheres well and doesn't move around. It's a true satin. I have a light-medium olive complexion, brown eyes and very dark brown hair. It suits me perfectly and might very well be my favorite Lipstick ever. Side note: I can't tell if the Natasha 11NB shade from her I Need A Nude line is the same as this My Dream Natasha 11 NB. Swatches of the former appear more warm and peachy than the My Dream version. Can anyone verify whether they are the same or different?Disappointing colorI don't understand why this lipstick color is being advertised as university flattering. My skin tone is very light with cool undertone, but this lipstick is way too ashy and chalky on my face, creating that particular unfortunate "beef lip" look. I tried to wear it with a darker liner but still the look was not flattering. I don't know how this color can be appealing on someone who is even a tad darker than me, and I'm very close to pasty white. I will try using this as a lightener for my darker nude lipsticks, but I'm very disappointed that I can't wear this lipstick alone. The packaging is gorgeous, it has a satisfying magnetic closure, the lipstick formula is very hydrating, opaque and comfortable, which only makes me even sadder that I can't enjoy it too it's full potential.

I have cool toned light/medium fair skin and this lipstick does wonders for me. It's got that trendy glossy/wet lipstick look without being sticky or too wet looking. It's classy and neautral yet noticable. If you forget your lipliner on the go and need a lipstick touch up, this will get the job done. It's my first ND lipstick and I'll 100% be getting more.

The formulation of this lip color is fabulous. Creamy, without bleeding, the shade is a perfect splash of natural color. Whatever Natasha did to create this formulation, it is a masterpiece.

Paired With NYX Sand Beige Lip Liner...

Just had to add... I didn't buy the matching lip liner, but NYX Sand Beige Retractable Lip Liner is the absolute perfect pairing with this Lipstick. NYX Mauve and Nude Truffle from their classic lip pencil range are also fantastic with this shade.
