You've stated everywhere that I can find that the product has not changed after the packaging has changed. But I have the old and new bottle and there are different ingredients listed such as more sodium hydroxide as it is listed in the middle of the ingredients instead of at the end, sorbital oleate, isopropyl alcohol, sodium benzoate, Potassium sorbate, and tocopherol. This was not disclosed on your website or the ingredients online anywhere. I am reading it straight off the updated bottle. I can smell the difference in the formula and feel it. It is not as effective as far as I can tell from the first use. I doubt I will buy it again with the lack of transparency and dishonesty And quality in the product. I would love to hear your transparent reasoning behind this.
