Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every 2 hours. Children under 6 months: ask a doctor. Sun Protection Measures: spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 am - 2 pm and wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses.

Although it does leave a white cast, I found if I warm it up on the skin first, it doesn't. I brought it with me to Key West, Florida, and it not only rubbed right in, absolutely no burns! Highly recommend!

This sunscreen stick is very lightweight and does not feel heavy on the skin. It leaves a white cast but it can be blended in. The packaging is very small so it's convenient to carry on your purse.

I live in a very hot area and this has prevented sunburns that would have occured otherwise. It does leave a slight white cast but you can easily blend it in. It is easy to use and I dont have ti squeeze product out of the tube.

I enjoyed using this sunscreen on my hands when driving however, I do not recommend on the face. It's very heavy, and does have a slight white cast takes a little bit of time to work into the skin great for hands or shoulders, but not ideal
